The work is joyful and the rewards are heavenly! The mission of the Sanctuary Society is the care for the cleaning and maintenance of the worship space of the Church. We take care of the vestments the priest wears, the cups and plates for communion, and the linens used in worship (purificators, altar cloths). We care lovingly for the beautiful furniture by dusting and waxing. We make sure it is in excellent condition for the dignity of worship.

Currently, there are approximately 60 members in this ministry. Each is assigned to a team that works together very closely. For one month of the year, each team has responsibility for the care and cleaning of the worship space.
